These general terms and conditions of use apply to the services provided by the Hoodown corporation ("publisher").
All those who wish to have access to the services offered, should firstly inform themselves about the rules that make up this instrument, which will be available for prompt and ample consultation directly in the application ("App").
The user can still be warned directly from the App about any changes in these rules. You will receive the warning if you are connected to a network.
To use this App it is essential to comply with the conditions imposed. If you do not agree to any of the rules described herein, you must immediately refrain from using the service. If it is of your interest, you can also contact the service desk to present your reservations.
The publisher commits to use all the technical solutions at its disposal to allow access to App 24 (twenty four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week. However, it may at any time interrupt, limit or suspend access to the App or some of its features in order to perform updates, modifications of content or any other action deemed necessary for its proper functioning.

The publisher will be responsible for defects or defects found in the App. Technical or operational defects or defects originating from the user's own system will not be the responsibility of the publisher.
The App may contain external links by redirecting the user to web pages on which the publisher exercises (or does not) control.
The structure of the App as well as texts, graphics, images, sounds and other computer applications that comprise it are the property of the publisher.
Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total exploitation of the contents proposed by the App, by any means whatsoever, without prior, express or written authorization of the publisher, is strictly prohibited, being able to appeal the applicable civil and criminal measures. Excluded from this forecast are only elements that are expressly designated in the App as royalty-free.
Access does not give you any intellectual property right relating to elements of the App, which remain under the exclusive property of the publisher.

The App uses these permissions for the correct operation and default, if restricted, will be defective.
In order to resolve the controversies arising from this instrument, Brazilian law will be fully applied, especially its legislation.
